If you aren't totally satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept exchanges or returns on most items. You may be able to receive a Malakai Clothing credit or a refund to your credit card. The item(s) MUST be returned to Malakai Clothing within 14 days of the shipping date in unworn, unused, and perfect condition. If you are making an exchange (or return), shipping charges for your new order will occur. Malakai Clothing cannot refund shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions about our return policy.

We will not accept any exchanges or refunds without the following requirements. Please follow these three (3) easy steps:

1. Simply mail us back the unwanted item(s) (in unworn, unused and perfect condition -- see above) with the original invoice to:

2. Also include a Malakai Clothing Return/Exchange Form stating why the item(s) is being exchanged or returned.
3. Be sure to insure your package and/or get delivery confirmation because Malakai Clothing cannot be liable for lost or stolen packages.
